The poem is about bogus prophets who abuse women and young girls, There is need for society to deal with these prophets.
Performed last year on December 4 during the Federation of African Women in Media –Journalistic Awards.

Humbled to have performed before the well known business moguls such as Nhlanhla Masuku, Mara Hativagone Mr T Makoni among others @ Holiday Inn, on November 11,2010.
The Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce –ZNCC ‘ membership networking and discussing business.
Thank you Ticha Muzavazi for playing Mbira for mie on the day, we had a good show brother.

Had superb shows in Beijing ,Shanghai and Lanzhou .
Thanks to Budding Writers Association of Zimbabwe -BWAZ and the Gvt of Zimbabwe for affording mie such an opportunity.
Performing a play l co wrote with Aaron Moyo and Memory Chirere titled My Zimbabwe.
Enjoyed dancing Jerusalema , Mhande, Isitshikitsha , Amabhiza and other dances.

MALINGA SHINES @ HIFA

Shined once more at this year’s Harare International Festival of Arts-HIFA which rolled into life from April 27 to May 2.
Had brilliant performances, for two days and shared the stage with International poets and writers, from South Africa ,Jamaica, Botswana, UK and other countries.
Thanks for everyone who attended my shows, you were all sweet.
Performed some of my pieces titled, Vuvuzela –Welcome to Africa a production on the 2010 FIFA World Cup in Africa, Dear Cousin and State of the Nation.

Malinga Live in Cape Town –South Africa

Happy to have attended the 2010 Cape Town International Jazz Festival-in April which attracted great jazz musicians like George Benson , Judith Sephuma, Vusi, Mahlasela, Jonathan Butler,TK Zee, Lira among other veterans.
Thank you to the organizers who sponsored my trip and stay for the two week festival and the Cape Town International Jazz Festival Arts Journalism Training Course.
Had a fantabulous performance here also.
More than 30 African Journalists attending the course.
Enjoyed meeting renowned musicians.
